By accessing and using the UPRISE mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
UPRISE is a mobile application that provides:
You must be at least 13 years old to use UPRISE. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Premium subscribers get:
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple App Store account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Only one free trial per Apple ID.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. All refund decisions are at Apple's discretion.
⚠️ UPRISE is a wellness and habit tracking application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The mood logging feature is provided for personal self-reflection only. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health hotline.
By using UPRISE, you consent to receive alarm notifications at the times you schedule. Streak reminders are sent at 8:00 PM if you have an active streak and haven't completed your habit that day. You can disable all notifications in Settings → App Settings → Notifications.
⚠️ UPRISE alarms are delivered via push notifications and are subject to device settings, battery level, internet connectivity, and iOS notification permissions. We strongly recommend keeping a backup alarm for critical events. UPRISE is not liable for missed alarms or any consequences thereof.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We do not guarantee that alarms will always function perfectly on all devices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or damages resulting from missed alarms. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
⚠️ We are not responsible if you miss an important event due to a missed alarm. Always have a backup alarm for critical events.
UPRISE and all its content are owned by UPRISE or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of your personal wellness data.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@myuprise.app with the subject "Delete My Account." We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws of your own country or region. Any claim arising from your use of the App must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@myuprise.app. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only — not as part of a class action.
BY USING UPRISE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
